The reimbursement claim seems fine to me. I think it's time to update the 30 day average BSQ rate. You can find it at DAO - dashboard. Now it's 0.00003051, which would generate a reimbursement request of 39331.37 BSQ. Send a message when you have calculated the reimbursement amount.
The arbitration secret is correct.
