[bisq-network/roles] L1 Support Agent (#64)

## Cycle 29 and Cycle 30

- Been available on Keybase from 1:00pm - 3:00pm Monday to Friday
- Weekly support Calls, all took place this cycle except 1 that was holiday for me and I lost track of the time :) 
- Presidiated the Bisq forum (however @pazza83 is always quicker than me on answering :P )

In the last two cycles support chat has been quieter (around 3-4 cases per week). Unfortunately also I did not have much free time to dedicate to support apart from my shifts, but now I should be more available I hope.
