[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 31 (Issue #958)

As a rushed, enthusiastic project, this one lacks of thought, debate and a pre-approved budget.
I don't know if 2k for this is cheap or expensive, but I like the idea as an experiment and if you can provide the ticket/bank invoice to someone who acknowledges that they're ok, I will vote in favour of this compensation request.
