### Cycle 31 Report

Everything is going well with proposals. It is still getting some good user engagement on current proposals.

#### 2 new proposals were opened:

In this cycle 2 new proposals were opened:

- @dginovker's Proposal: [Add BTC <-> XMR Atomic Swaps](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/353)
- @pazza83's Proposal: [to analyze blockchain data of Bisq trades to report on failed trades, arbitration instances and long-term locked funds](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/352)

#### 1 new proposal was accepted:

1 new proposals was accepted by DAO vote in cycle 30:

- @chimp1984's proposal to - [Re-activate GRIN](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/350) This got a lot of support from the GRIN community.

#### 2 proposals were closed:

2 proposals were closed or moved due to not providing enough info and/or being incorrectly posted to proposals.

- @gustavocandia's proposal to offer a - [Bounty to enable Cross Chain Atomic Swaps for NMC](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/347) I have requested this proposal to be updated with more information.
- @Artizyou proposal to [list a new BNB asset](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/351)

Following the closing of the proposal to list a new asset I exchanged messages with @MwithM who informs me they will make a proposal to create a policy for listing new assets. Better to have a policy than continually refer to asset listing on hold, especially when new assets have been added in this time, eg; USDT, L-BTC, RBTC, and GRIN
