[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 31 (Issue #958)

I'll do $1500 for January out of my pocket too. Its a little late to submit new art. If i get compensated for Decmber I'll see what the teams want to do for February. If anyone wants to do better graphics for February i'm open to it.

Taxi Ads Las Vegas got bought out.  Originally they liked to support local.  haven't heard how things will go with the new company, sounded like they prefer to go with annual contracts. I cant do that right now.  

in the almost 3 weeks of having the ads running, i haven't found any new people using Bisq.  but I have mentioned it to some other active traders, and they want to check it out again, especially after mentioning the BSQ atomic swaps that came out just after the ads went live.. I think it'll take some time to get results.

looking at getting a billboard too.
