@refund-agent2 Thanks for the very informative table.
Could you add the reasons for the dispute as well and the summary text?
Can you rename the header title Tx to delayed payout tx and Proof to refund tx? Of make the entries of BM received and 
RA payout as link to the tx (would be even better)?
