@chimp1984 I'll make that changes for next report.
We had 17 seller not responding, 13 peer was late, 6 bug, 3 other, 2 bank and 1 usability issues.

There's too much buyers not responding. Maybe it's because of the bug where the first confirmation is not reached, but still, as for sellers not responding, buyers should have contacted support at some point.
While sellers not responding happens mostly with XMR trades, buyers not responding is a fiat issue.
There were also many cases where traders could not accept mediator's suggestion and I can't know if one of the traders did accept it or none of them did.

I count 44 payouts in January (between both refund agents). Number of trades was 4915, ATH. That's 0.9% of all trades that are going to arbitration.
