It's so slow that it's not usable. I ran bisq 1.5.1

@crocket we disabled some CPU-intensive animations in the latest release - the "Synchronizing DAO" progress bar in the footer and the spinner shown when querying if an offer can be taken.  Since you reported performance issues with Bisq, I wonder if you could try v1.5.5 and see if there is any improvement?
