[bisq-network/bisq] BSQ balance on wallet info screen includes merit BSQ (#5013)

Hi @jmacxx 

My BSQ balance on Account > Wallet Info does not match the BSQ value listed in DAO > BSQ Wallet.

It is amount similar to the amount I claimed on the failed cycle, not sure if that could be the cause or if I need to do an SPC resync?
