I agree this is my primary motivation. I am the same. It was 3 months before I discovered Bisq's Keybase / Github. If you are using the Bisq client and everything is working as it should be you do not need to use Keybase or Github. 

New users first experience of Bisq's Keybase / Github should not be when they have a problem. They should be encouraged to join in the community. [Promote Keybase as a support channel within Bisq GUI #4904](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/4904)
