[bisq-network/proposals] Reimbursement of bond/s if no activity from contributor for 12 months (#293)

What you suggest could be done without changing the DAO by burning the amount and re-issuing the BSQ.
I don't think automatically reimbursing bonds would serve for all purposes. In example, if I'm in jail, it could even be counterproductive to send the BSQ back to the address. If I'm dead but I did not give access to Bisq account to family, it won't be very helpful.
