If your dead and you did give access to your Bisq account to your family it would be helpful, if a refund protocol was in place. 

Currently if you die you will lose your bond, your family or whoever you choose to inherit your assets will be unable to access them.

Agreed. Bonds are equated initially to USD prices. If price changes there should be an opportunity to rebalance, and for contributor's also to be able to access their BSQ.

You cannot unlock your bond if you die or become incapacitated unexpectedly. No one likes to think of this scenario but it happens. I would propose that in these circumstances (no activity) bond is returned. That way you can let you family know in you will etc in the even of my death this is how you access my BTC / BSQ etc.
