[bisq-network/bisq] Add option to make trade 'reason' less obvious (#2869)

It's simply another optional text field... where maker can specify a possible alternate ID for taker to use.
Not much complex about that? @chimp1984 - I understand you missed the last parts of convo, I think you're right if referring to list of options etc, and definitely adds unnecessary complexity.
