[bisq-network/support] Fee reimbursement for trade xjzdm (#668)

Is the attention warning correct when it says "No funds have been locked but your trader fee has been paid"? 

I paid my trader fee AND the funds for the deposit have been locked:

Sorry if I'm misinterpreting this.
