[bisq-network/bisq] Bitcoin Rhodium has rebranded to xRhodium. (#5124)

Hello,
Bitcoin Rhodium (XRC) has rebranded to xRhodium (XRC) because of it there is this pull request.

Our new website:
https://www.xrhodium.org/

This rebranding is there because of we want to say that we aren't fork and because we are in front of release a new tor trading open source platform - https://www.freemarket.one/ where xRhodium is base currency.
