[bisq-network/bisq] Add fee data to "Portfolio -> My Open Offers" section popup (#5130)

Hi team,

In "Portfolio -> My Open Offers" section, in the (i) popup - would be great to have the fee paid so far data?

Not sure how much I will lose if cancelling?
