[bisq-network/bisq] Cannot invoke "bisq.core.payment.payload.PaymentAccountPayload.getAgeWitnessInputData()" because "paymentAccountPayload is null" (#5612)

Did a NPV file delete and resync, plus deleted outdated torrent files and resynced. I'm able to get past the opening screen into the app. If I try to click on my "Open Trades" I get stuck with the same modal dialog problem.
