### Cycle 26 support report

- 35 cases, 24 of them being unresponsive traders.
- Mediators should invite buyers to use normal SEPA when instant fails, as it's available and safe, and we can't know which peer and the reason why it fails.
- For at least 1 case, mediation chat was not reliable. At arbitration it worked, but we still used Keybase to communicate. I ignored the mediation suggestion as the trader was really responding.
