Is it possible to change this so when DAO is not synced or deactivated just the two addresses below would be used?

I think this address also receives trade fees. For example two recent ones:

Maybe I am mistaken and they are for something else but they do not look like normal delayed payout transactions.

I agree this is just getting trade fees.
