Reimbursement amount: 0.2875 BTC / [30 day BSQ average] BSQ = [TOTAL AMOUNT] BSQ - IDK how to use BSQ averages. please explain.

Reason for reimbursement: Bisq client issues that led to buyer and seller not being able to complete the trade correctly.  

BTC address ownership proof: I have Bisq wallet which funded the BTC to be traded. Not sure what / how to prove ownership. please explain

Please use exact form for Maker/Taker/Deposit - no abbreviations like M:, T: or adding extra characters like "Maker TX:", etc. Leave those fields as they are and replace the "........" with the appropriate txid**_

Other notes:
EUR Funds never sent to seller's account and both participants were unable to communicate.
