## Cycle 25 support report

- 23 cases, 22 of them with unresponsive traders. Only 1 case had both parties responding to artbitration, and on another one a trader reopened the ticket 10 days after the payout because he didn't realize mediation was closed. That trader neither attended to mediation properly.
- 2 or 3 possible future trading cases, after BTC price dropped. Buyers just did not pay and not respond.
