[bisq-network/compensation] [WIP] For Cycle 25 (#862)

## Summary

This compensation request includes three previously approved but deferred compensation requests:

- Cycle 22 (#794): 41 BSQ
- Cycle 23 (#820): 23 BSQ
- Cycle 24 (#836): 20.83 BSQ

The total amount of BSQ that was approved for these three cycles is 41+23+20.83 = 84.83 BSQ.

At the current rate of 2.23 USD per BSQ, I am requesting 239.17 USD worth of deferred compensation, and that is reflected in the table below.

- **BSQ requested**: 129.67
- USD requested: 289.17
- BSQ rate: [2.23](https://github.com/bisq-network/compensation/issues/850) USD per BSQ
- Previous compensation request (if applicable): #836 (deferred)
