[bisq-network/bisq] Java Heap Space error (#5550)

Been running all day with no crashes when I upped it to 16gb:  JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS="-XX:MaxRAM=16g"

Not tried disabling the hardware graphics acceleration yet.
