[bisq-network/support] Reimbursement for trades SIUT5I, morhk, XFKeX, YFNLU (#822)

Can anyone involved with the support case explain why the data has been lost? I am not aware that such ever happened and I highly doubt that this can happen due a bug. 
I prefer to postpone that request to the next voting cycle if we do not manage to get a clear picture before voting starts. Doing reimbursements without enough care and due dilligence is a dangerous avenue for the DAO.
