[bisq-network/bisq] Priorities (Bigger Picture Solutions) (#5271)

Low-hanging fruit potential growth drivers:

**1. Stablecoins**
Stablecoins like USDT drive huge volumes on centralized exchanges. Bisq should make an effort to start up these markets. 

**2. Privacycoins**
Many are banned from centralized exchanges, others lose their privacy when trading on cex. Bisq has a natural advantage in this market. You only need to have sufficient liquidity to compete. We see that it is possible with XMR.

**3. Mobile app**
The API should allow many types of mobile apps to connect to Bisq. Feedback from many countries (Nigeria, China, India, Argentina) tells us that being desktop only is a huge UX hurdle. Making a mobile app is easy and cheap.
