@wallclockbuilder I think it would be good to add it to the advanced options section.

Something like:

Estimated mining fee for this offer
`$ 8.56`
Input field (top label `Notify me to publish this offer when mining fee is below`, prompt text `Enter mining fee` USD)
Toggle button `Notify me when mining fee falls below specified value`

When clicking on `Next step` user will see  a confirmation popup that she will get notified when the set mining fee is reached. Also we need to add the information that the client needs to be running to get notified.

As soon as the target mining fee is reached we prompt the user if she wants to create the offers. It will directly jump to the offer confirmation screen and after an offer is published and another order is open it asks to confirm the next offer in queue.

As we don't display this orders somewhere it might make sense to have in `Portfolio` another tab `My open orders` if there are orders waiting to get turned into offers. There you should also be able to delete them. This list of order need to get persisted as well on application shutdown similar to other trading data.
