Security deposit for three offers is 0.006BTC x 3 = 0.018BTC =~ $1,000. Thus they probably won't be worried about mining fee volatility. Max they'll pay is like $15 per offer($45) in total. 4.5% max. It'll likely be more like $3each thus $9 in total. 1%.
