[bisq-network/bisq] Private 1:1 OTC trades executed on Bisq (#5314)

Would your solution, @wallclockbuilder , prevent the trade from being seen and potentially taken by another party? 
What I originally had in mind is: keep the trade private to both parties until it's done. Once done, you can add it to any public ledger.
