[bisq-network/bisq] .064 btc has been locked for 2 weeks with all trades completed (#5341)

plz make a backup.

- go to your data directory `../Bisq/btc_mainnet/db` remove`PendingTrades` files
- then delete `../Bisq/btc_mainnet/wallet/bisq.spvchain` and restart Bisq again.
