## Cycle 24 support report

27 total cases.
- About 22 of them are traders not responding. It's not only sellers, but buyers as well.
   - In one case they replied to arbitration, trader wasn't aware that the offer was taken.
  - Some of this cases had previous issues at mediation, like not being able to confirm or banking issues.
 - 1 case for CBM could not happen again since now this payment method is geographically restricted. Taker wanted that BTC buyer sent fiat to a very different economic and geographic area.

If a trader did not reply to arbitration, I did not reimburse the total amount donated to the DAO address. This way, the `traders not responding` issue does not suppose a cost for the DAO. The amount of the penalties is 5 to 30% of the security deposit. At Cycle 24, the DAO kept 0.056BTC from unresponsive traders.
