## Cycle 24 Support

I have been available all my usual hours on Keybase support the following hours this cycle:

23.00 - 02.00 UTC Friday evening - Saturday morning
23.00 - 02.00 UTC Saturday evening - Sunday morning
23.00 - 03.00 UTC Sunday evening - Monday morning

I have also Attended 2 out of 4 of the weekly support calls. These have been really useful.

Main issues this cycle have been:

- Users with concerns about deposit transactions taking multiple days to confirm due to a significant drop in hash rate 
- causing fees to move upwards continually for a sustained period. 
- Advising users how to manually remove the erroneous filter added that made the application not start on Windows 10.
- Generally question about trade process and trade protocol. I have referenced and signed users to the [table of trade penalties](https://bisq.wiki/Table_of_penalties) as much as possible to enable the info to propagate to users

I also drafted a 'code of conduct' as part of the [Improve support and mediation](https://github.com/bisq-network/projects/issues/48#issuecomment-830720170) project.

I have provided users with support on Keybase and [Bisq Community Forum](https://bisq.community/u/pazza/activity). Also provided support, and informed users about Bisq, on [Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/user/pazza83/comments/) 

All is going well with my support role and I am enjoying being able to troubleshoot users problems and find solutions.
