[bisq-network/proposals] Bisq 2.0 - Social Trading Expansion Proposal (#332)

Hi, @chimp1984 For reputation, I am wondering if there is a way it can be either one of the following:
- Some sort of P2P escrow mechanism
- Multi-Signature Verification System
- An anonymized voting mechanism
I think one of the three or a combination of the three might be a solution, and once we figure out the type of mechanism, an expansion on how it is built can be discussed further. For sake of simplicity, I'm more interested in the implementations I'm doing w/ social trading, but these types of discussions are still somewhat related in regards to this proposal.
