[bisq-network/bisq] [1.6.4] Issues with update on Windows (#5474)

I installed the update both from the pop up installer and manually from the website but I am getting an error. Windows says failed to find JVM. No one responded on Keybase so and I have an open trade so I tried uninstalling Bisq and reinstalling but now I am getting another error. Windows says

How do I fix this issues?
