> If a trader did not reply to arbitration, I did not reimburse the total amount donated to the DAO address. This way, the `traders not responding` issue does not suppose a cost for the DAO. The amount of the penalties is 5 to 30% of the security deposit. At Cycle 24, the DAO kept 0.056BTC from unresponsive traders.

Hi @refund-agent2 is this documented anywhere so trader can know what to expect?
