[bisq-network/support] Fee reimbursement for trade TD0LJGZM (Issue #1024)

Yes I was the taker and spent 211.94 BSQ. Back a year ago (or maybe more) the procedure was an issue + DAO request and I was reimbursed 10-30 times using that method. In the last year Ive had a few failed trades but haven't bothered with reimbursement because it's a real pain and I was the Maker so prepared to take the loss. In this case being the taker and it being such a large amount of BSQ I decided to do the reimbursement request. Would prefer if it's returned to me in BSQ if possible but can provide a BTC address if thats the way its done.
