### Cycle 30 Report

There cycle there has been quite a bit of engagement on the 3 new proposals. As well as an existing proposal from @asvdf's proposal to [Allow 1sat/vByte fee for withdrawals](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/343),

I think the proposal's process is currently working well.

#### 3 new proposals were opened:

- @chimp1984's proposal to - [Re-activate GRIN](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/350) This got a lot of support from the GRIN community.
- @UX-P's proposal to do a - [Monero Bisq User Research Project](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/349) This was opened to supersede their previous proposal and to create a defined initial project/
- @gustavocandia's proposal to offer a - [Bounty to enable Cross Chain Atomic Swaps for NMC](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/347) I have requested this proposal to be updated with more information. 

#### 0 new proposals were accepted:

0 new proposals were accepted.

#### 2 proposals were closed:

2 proposals were closed or moved due to not providing enough info and/or being incorrectly posted to proposals.
