[bisq-network/support] Refund agent reimbursement for cycle 30 (Issue #1034)

I also require the DAO to reimburse me the funds caused from this [bug](https://github.com/bisq-network/support/issues/987), the trader did not reply to the thread or Bisq messages.
The amount lost is 0.0125 BTC, which equals to **416.11BSQ** at 0.00003004 BTC/BSQ rate.
I'll submit a separated reimbursement request because maybe the DAO thinks something else could be done about this incident.
