I've unassigned you from this role and in turn removed you from the @bisq-network/team-leads, @bisq-network/growth and @bisq-network/growth-maintainers teams.

Echoing @pazza83, I'd like to say a big thanks for all you've done in this role! Your frustration is understandable, and while it's tough to see you resign, I appreciate that you've done it in a context of responsible criticism and integrity.

We need to consider how the duties of this role will be carried out (or not) going forward. The first one that comes to mind for me is approving Growth team members' compensation requests. For example, in this cycle (Cycle 30), you approved CRs for [me, @MwithM and @alexej996](https://github.com/bisq-network/compensation/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+involves%3Am52go+). Has it been considered who will do this going forward?

To be clear, after this change, you remain assigned to the following roles:

```
$ gh issue list --repo bisq-network/roles --assignee m52go
Showing 5 of 5 issues in bisq-network/roles that match your search
#95  Community Manager            team:growth  about 4 days ago
#79  Keybase Admin                team:admin   about 1 year ago
#56  YouTube Admin                team:growth  about 1 day ago
#21  Twitter Admin                team:growth  about 1 day ago
#12  Website Operator/Maintainer  team:growth  about 1 day ago
```

Is that accurate from your perspective, @m52go?
