[bisq-network/support] Refund agent reimbursement for cycle 30 (Issue #1034)

Hi, it seems too late and I hope that the main compensation request gets accepted, but the reason why there are 2 compensations requests filed is that, as on the comments above, one is a normal reimbursement and the other one a smaller one (416BSQ), coming from a bug that happened months ago which caused me to lose funds due to double payouts.
