I regret your conclusions, as it would mean having one less seller on the platform, yet I respect those, as losing money where you know you have no responsibility in the matter, definitely stings, plus the issue you report with arbitration.
Definitely a one-of-a-kind situation with the SEPA system just "losing track" of money, I believe it should turn out later if not sooner.
The arbitrator being the most trusted role on the platform, places them in extremely heavy shoes; they do have quite some time available to reply to issues tough, so this brings up questions about the reason this long delay occurred.
Could this role be ever covered by a trustless mechanism though?
