### Description

It is possible for Funds Deposited to get lost, never showing up in balances and not accessible (except via `ctrl-e` - emergency tool).

The receiving transaction is shown in `Funds -> Transactions` screen, but the deposited funds are not shown in `Available` nor `Funds -> Send Funds`.

`Account -> Wallet Info` does include the missing funds.

#### Version

1.7.5

### Steps to reproduce

Prerequisite: your Funds -> Receive funds list includes **two** bech32 receive addresses.

1. Go to Funds -> Receive Funds and make note of the available receiving addresses.
2. Go to Markets view and Take an offer.
3. Complete the trade.
4. Deposit funds to one of the receiving addresses noted earlier.
5. The problem manifests itself.

### Expected behaviour

Bisq should not reserve addresses for trades if those addresses have already been shown in Funds -> Receive Funds.

### Actual behaviour

Bisq used an address/pubkey that the user had previously requested funds to be withdrawn from an exchange.

0.1234 BTC was deposited but not shown as the address/pubkey became reserved for trade.
See the discrepancy in amounts shown below:
