I think there's no reason to close `Create Offer (to buy BTC)`.

The suggestion was to close `Create Offer (to sell BTC)`. There were two reasons:
1. If we leave it open then the user won't be able to create a new offer to buy BSQ. (also noted by @sqrrm)
2. I was hoping that closing the tab programmatically would get around the UI bug (unwanted focus on the currency combo box).
