[bisq-network/proposals] Develop a fully featured cross-platform graphical user interface to the Bisq network supporting mobile, desktop, and web clients (#342)

As this is a seperate application from the Bisq core code base, I have created a [new repository](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq-client) and started defining tasks and milestones within. So a dedicated project should not be necessary.
