[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 29 (Issue #927)

This spot on the back cover of the magazine is the last component of the contract we signed with Bitcoin Magazine in 2019. As wiz mentioned, we're splitting costs for it with Mempool, just as we did for the conference itself. 

For those following closely, the Miami event turned out to be much more expensive than planned, but it also turned out to be much better than expected. Mempool has taken on all these unexpected costs until now, which add up to over 30,000 USD. 

Thus I find it more than fair to split these last expenses for the back cover.

Note that this issue will be historic since the front is all about El Salvador, so Bisq's spot on the back is even more special, noteworthy, and enduring.
