[bisq-network/growth] Creating a German-only Bisq account on Twitter to reach the growing German-speaking audience (#249)

Another core contributor sent me the link so I'm not the only one with concerns. Maybe the same thing could have been done in a different way, e.g. emphasize "50% off trading fees" instead of "BSQ giveaway". Not sure.

@stopfeds if there's any way to survey your new followers to see what their experience is and/or what they're trading, etc., that could be helpful. In my opinion, attracting just a few repeat users would be way more preferable to attracting 50 one-time users looking to flip an airdrop for a few sats.
