@leo816 I want to clarify that using "fixed" for the following issue is not correct.

The issue of [dropped messages](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/5526) is not necessarily fixed by https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/pull/5719 -- it is simply a popup shown if the PC had been in sleep mode -- so we've added an informational message.  It might encourage users to disable sleep mode, and at best, it might reduce the occurrences.  As things stand, its the best suggestion based on speculation that hibernating computers can cause the issue.  

I think there's more to the problem, and IMHO missed messages are likely to still be an issue.
