Make sure you really are using Java 11 (via `update-java-alternatives`, see [how-to](https://askubuntu.com/a/740782))

We've seen several java-version-related certificate issues in the past (https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/pull/4315#issuecomment-669493884) . The link from ripcurl above also points to a java version issue.
