True, albeit I find it far fetched as I'd think someone would be interested in withdrawing only whole utxo's, and then send trade deposits from their external wallet.
In any case, 1sat vs 2sat is not the deciding point of a confirmed transaction vs one in limbo, only sure thing is that you're saving half of the fees... choice should be left to the user, I think it would be fair to those who know what they are doing, that they are not impaired by a decision made to protect inexperienced users from themselves
