### Cycle 28 support report.

- 5 cases out of 24 has been handled out of Bisq, through Keybase. Dealing with this cases have a high risk for the RA and the DAO (it's easier to pay for the same case twice, some peers might claim not noticing that the normal payout failed...) and take much longer to be solved, involving the mediator, RA and the traders. A protocol to deal with them in a faster and safer way has been developed but this amount of cases should be reduced.
- 17/24 trades are unresponsive traders. It's not an improvement, but simply that I have considered most of the trades dealt out of Bisq are bugs, while they most have a peer unresponsive.
