## Cycle 28 Report

Here is my cycle 28 report.

In total I have 54 new cases since my last report.

6 of which are currently still in progress.

This cycle I helped facilitate one payout where no arbitrator ticket was created. Both traders recevied their funds.

The 5 trades related to 'trade already settled' where instances, mainly for BTC/XMR, where the BTC seller releases funds late via a manual payout. Circumventing mediation. I have passed on onion addresses for these trades to @leo816

I have been generally logging a few times a day to manage tickets and been available on Keybase to support users that require support off Bisq.

Here is a breakdown of the cases:
